49ers Banner – Candlestick Park
Ted and I joined some of his friends from P.U.C. at a 49ers game at Candlestick Park along with thousands of other people. We could not have asked for a better day weather wise as it was quite comfortable. The home team won with a big lead and than we spent two hours getting out of the parking lot before heading home. Arrived back at Rio Lindo to a locked gate at midnight so walked the last little ways home. It was a fun day for father and son ![]()

Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco
I went with my son to see a 49er’s game yesterday and we pulled off of the highway and stopped in the headlands to view the Golden Gate Bridge. The clouds made the scene very pretty and the lighting on the bridge was nice as it was a late winter afternoon.

Alexander Valley after the Storm
Today on our way up to Cloverdale to set up for the school Christmas Program, Janelle and I took a little side trip into Alexander Valley and I snapped this picture of a rustic fence and trees with the beautiful clouds hanging low over the valley.

Frost Covered Leaves
I know more leaves, but the frost was so cool on them this morning I had to shoot a few pictures and I shot a couple of neat ones so wanted to share one on the blog today.
We’ve been down in the 20s the last couple of nights, no snow like a lot of you but just plain cold for this part of California. The leaves are pretty much off our trees and these are a few of the last ones that I have not raked up yet.
