These fall leaves, one sitting on the other with the contrasting colors attracted my attention. The white frost attached to the edges added another dimension.

We’ve been down in the 20s the last couple of nights, no snow like a lot of you but just plain cold for this part of California. The leaves are pretty much off our trees and these are a few of the last ones that I have not raked up yet.

The veins in the leaves are creative structures with lines and patterns visible and enhance by the water droplets.
